The Camillus Police Department is seeing another round of phony sweepstakes winner fraud. The fraud is coming from P&S Services INC. The Fraud basically says you have won sweepstakes’ money and need to deposit an enclosed check into your checking account and then wire money using Western Union. If you or a family member receives a letter like this DO NOT deposit the check into your account, simply throw out the letter.
If you feel that you have won a legitimate sweepstakes or another mail in prize, contact your local police for assistance in an attempt to verify the claim.
